Due to the nature of our products, Soul Source DOES NOT accept returns on any of our products, with the only exception being if your product is defective. If you feel your product is defective, you should ship it back to us with a description of the defect. If, after our inspection, we determine that there is a manufacturing defect, a replacement product will be shipped out to you.
If you are returning a defective product, your item must be clean, stain-free, and dry before you ship it. We will not handle any items that are stained or damp on arrival, no exceptions. If the products we receive are are stained or damp they will be returned to you at your expense. To be sure that your products are in acceptable condition, please inspect them carefully before shipping them to us.
Please note that Soul Source is not responsible for damage to the item due to the normal “wear and tear” of the product materials after prolonged usage. We are also not responsible for damage to an item caused by improper care, abuse, or misuse. You are solely responsible for understanding how to care for the items you purchase.
